Interested companies should read the “Guidelines for Company Applicants” for details on eligibility and application procedures before completing this application form.

The 7th Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Industry Fresh Graduate Support Scheme (“Support Scheme”) is designed to encourage digital entertainment companies to employ and train graduates who aspire to develop their career in the industry.

The provision of complete and accurate information in support of your application is necessary. Failure to provide any of the data as requested may affect the processing and outcome of your application.

The vetting committee will consider your application in accordance with the relevancy of your company's business nature and track record, as well as the effectiveness of the training program to be provided by your company to graduate employee(s). Successful application will be notified individually by the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association (HKDEA, the Organizer).

Applying companies should comply with Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and ensure that all personal information of graduate applicants received from the Organizer or accessed by successful applicant company from the Support Scheme's website will be strictly used for employee recruitment purpose. If your company's application is successful, your company agrees to publicize your company's information (including company name, company profile and contact information) and details of the job(s) to be offered to the graduate applicant(s) on the Support Scheme's website.

The Organizer will ensure a fair and impartial selection of successful company applicants, and reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

The vetting result is subject to the final decision of the Organizer.

For companies applying for two job positions, please be aware that if only ONE quota can be allocated under the Support Scheme, the job listed as the 1st priority in this form will be automatically chosen by the Organizer. This will happen unless the applying company specifically requests the Organizer to change the job marked as the 2nd priority to be the one offered under the quota.

(If you select "2" for section 2.1, indicating your intention to hire two graduates under the Support Scheme in each program year, please submit a distinct training plan for each job position.)

Notes
The applying company must submit the application form with a soft copy of valid Business Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation by 31 May 2026 (Sunday) to complete the application.
